32 Sino-Italian firms honored at Panda D'Oro Awards in Hongkou

The 2026 Panda D'Oro Awards, the highest honor for Italian enterprises in China, were held in Hongkou district, Shanghai.
Hosted by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together more than 650 Sino-Italian business leaders and recognized 32 outstanding organizations selected from 59 applicants across 11 award categories.
A key barometer of China-Italy economic and trade relations, the panda-themed awards recognize outstanding Italian companies operating in China as well as Chinese institutions that have made significant contributions to bilateral cooperation.
Bracco Group and Sino-Italian Property & Casualty Insurance received the Major Investment in China Award in recognition of their long-term commitment to investing in the Chinese market. Pirelli was honored for its strong R&D capabilities in electrification and digitalization, consolidating its edge in China's high-end mobility market.
The newly introduced China Market Debut Award recognized five Italian brands, including Prada Rongzhai. For the first time, the China-Italy Cooperation Award was presented to China's Shandong Chameroad Holding Group in recognition of its contribution to deepening industrial collaboration with Italian partners.
As a key gateway for Shanghai's exchanges and cooperation with Italy, Hongkou district has actively attracted high-quality Italian enterprises, advancing pragmatic cooperation in shipping, finance, commerce, trade, and cultural and creative industries.
