The 5,800-square-meter center offers over 200 workstations, flexible meeting rooms, and 24-hour climate control. Focused on an export-oriented economy, healthcare and life sciences, and technology-driven consumer sectors, it has hosted or planned more than 20 AI-plus-OPC startup teams.

Located near Hongqiao International Central Business District and Shanghai Silicon Alley, the center connects entrepreneurs with laboratories, investors, and multinational companies. Industry connections, global order delivery, and artificial intelligence integration create a closed-loop support system for "one-person teams with AI squads."

Its year-round program covers technology development, industry connections, financing, branding, legal services, and intellectual property. Eligible startups receive six months of free workstations, tax and legal support, broadband, and talent apartments to focus on innovation.

Through OPC global cooperation, the center provides coaching, global order distribution, and practical training. Teams guided by top universities and institutions can turn AI skills into revenue while gaining cross-industry experience and international networking.

By integrating professional services, policy support, and global resources, East Hongqiao Youth Innovation Center has become a leading launchpad for AI-era OPCs, promoting innovation, collaboration, and sustainable entrepreneurship across Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta.
