Cultural venues are thriving. The newly opened Putuo Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, the city's largest, uses digital light and shadow to bring crafts to life. Other venues, such as the Liu Haisu Art Museum (Branch), Suzhou Creek Industrial Civilization Museum, and Gu Zhenghong Memorial Hall, host engaging exhibitions.

Using "Sports+" and engaging scenarios, Putuo is turning the "traffic" generated by events like the Suzhou Creek Half Marathon and the National Curling Championship into "increments" of consumption through warm services.
