At the inaugural meeting, representatives approved the association's charter, established the organizational structure, set the membership fee standards and outlined the financial management rules. They also elected the council, supervisory board and leadership team in accordance with China's regulations governing social organizations.

Jointly initiated by major local enterprises, the association aims to serve Fengxian, the Yangtze River Delta and national markets by capitalizing on the strengths of Oriental Beauty Valley and the advantages of the Fengxian Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

Its membership spans the entire cross-border e-commerce supply chain, including platform operations, logistics, warehousing, supply-chain services, finance, legal consulting, overseas branding, and livestreaming businesses, creating a diversified industry network focused on coordinated services and innovation.

Officials from the Fengxian district government, Fengxian Customs, and the Shanghai Municipal Industrial Comprehensive Development Zone attended the event, supporting the association's market-oriented approach and calling for services that help companies expand and strengthen their e-commerce operations.

Newly elected president Wang Xuan said the association will provide policy support, resource sharing, talent training, compliance guidance, overseas branding and exhibition exchanges, helping build an industry model and injecting momentum into Fengxian's trade development.
