Archery World Cup wraps up in Shanghai
The curtain fell on the 2026 Hyundai Archery World Cup on May 10. Over the past week, athletes from 42 countries and regions delivered thrilling performances that set a high standard for this prestigious international A-class event.
The Chinese team shone brightly, securing 2 golds, 2 silvers, and 1 bronze, much to the delight of local fans.
Launched in 2006 by World Archery, the Archery World Cup is a top-tier international event often held at landmark locations around the world. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the tournament in Shanghai.
Beyond the competition, Pudong offered a rich array of activities that blended sports with culture, tourism, and commerce, enhancing the event's appeal and showcasing Shanghai's dynamic spirit.
