The Zhenru green corridor stretches through Putuo district, connecting areas of Zhenru town and Shiquan Road subdistrict. This linear ecological pathway links fragmented sections divided by waterways and roads, integrating modern business clusters with scientific resources along Wuning Road. It provides a verdant setting for researchers and professionals to relax and engage with one another, supported by a network of pedestrian paths, water features, and public spaces.

Key highlights along the corridor include Haina Park and Haiyi Park, both referred to as "two green jewels". Haina Park features a variety of functional zones, including a high-line area that takes advantage of elevation differences to create unique spaces, as well as a water area with an expansive pool and a musical fountain. Meanwhile, Haiyi Park employs an automated irrigation system and incorporates a sponge-city concept to manage rainwater efficiently.

Furthermore, streets like Zhenhua South Road have been transformed into green corridors featuring a variety of diverse plantings, extending the flowering season to over 200 days each year.

This comprehensive approach to urban greening not only meets professional standards for ecological sustainability but also enhances community well-being. As a result, Zhenru Subcenter stands out as an exemplary model of integrating ecological conservation with urban development.
