Leveraging the concentration of the fashion consumer goods industry in Changning district, the festival spanning May and June will bring together high-caliber enterprises to showcase Changning's fashion consumption and national trend characteristics by hosting various activities.

It will boost market integration by promoting diverse activities across malls and unique streets, enhancing the district's appeal in the park city construction and event economy. It will also create new consumption scenarios, focusing on debut economies, innovative service consumption, and brand IP collaborations.

The festival kicked off on May 8 at Jinhongqiao Shopping Mall, showcasing new business formats, models, and consumption scenarios across the Changning district and sparking a two-month surge in district-wide consumer promotion.

In mid-May, the 2026 "Shanghai Fashion Production" list of innovative products will be released, accompanied by supporting activities such as brand showcases, industry networking, and thematic seminars.

The Shanghai Fashion Customization Week will be held at M+ Xinfuli in early June, when domestic and international consumers are invited to experience customized consumption services. The "Love Shopping in Changning" national trend vouchers will be distributed throughout June.

The district will also host diverse activities, including the Shanghai Table Tennis Carnival, the International Flower Show, and the Changning Coffee Culture Week, aiming to create a vibrant and inclusive consumer atmosphere.
