The official promotional video for the 2026 Ironman 70.3 Shanghai Chongming has been unveiled, setting the stage for a premier event that beautifully blends international athletic excellence with ecological conservation. 

Scheduled to take place at Bright Tian Yuan in Shanghai's Chongming district, this year's race represents a historic milestone. Nearly 1,500 athletes from 66 countries and regions are expected to participate, setting new records for both overall turnout and global representation.

The dynamic new footage captures the essence of the competition, portraying Chongming as an island "where vitality never fades". It showcases the synergy between intense endurance sports and the area's pristine environment, inviting challengers to "leap into the clear and open ecological lake" and ride through "lush, green ecological corridors".
