Situated along the Sijing River, the headquarters brings together research and development laboratories, an intelligent internet of things experience center, and staff amenities. Its architectural design blends Jiangnan water-town elements with contemporary technology aesthetics, embodying the company's vision of integrating innovation with human-centered values.
Chairman and CEO Qian Penghe said the new global center represents more than an upgrade in workspace, describing it as a strategic engine to deepen the company's global market presence and enhance its comprehensive IoT solution capabilities.
Construction of the project began in May 2023 and was completed in December 2025. The facility focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics, automotive electronics, and industrial intelligence, aligning advanced research with evolving business and technology demands.
