In the first week of operations after the Chinese New Year, Yang Jie, a manager at Shanghai Lan-Xen Technology Co, reviewed the progress of office renovations at Doctors Tower in the Shanghai T-Center, located in Putuo district. The company, which specializes in intelligent unmanned systems communication and cybersecurity, is poised to enter a new phase of development in this newly launched high-level innovation hub.

As top-tier enterprises begin their renovations, the Doctors Tower is quickly becoming a powerful engine for the development of the Shanghai-Nanjing Industrial Innovation Belt, which spans Shanghai and eight cities in East China's Jiangsu province.

The Doctors Tower, strategically located in Putuo, the "starting point" of the Shanghai-Nanjing Industrial Innovation Belt, offers seamless access to Shanghai's academic resources and to industrial applications in the Yangtze River Delta region, Yang said, adding that the collaborative innovation system among universities, local government, and enterprises aids in deepening industry-academia-research cooperation.
