Shanghai's Pudong New Area is set to celebrate the Spring Festival with a vibrant series of over 1,000 events under the theme "The city is bathed in red, everywhere echoes Chinese style".

This initiative aims to immerse residents and visitors in traditional Chinese culture through exhibitions, performances, and unique activities.

The district will be adorned with red lanterns and Chinese knots, transforming streets, parks, and public spaces into a festive wonderland.

Key attractions will host special exhibitions, including rare cultural treasures and international collaborations. Highlights include a "Winter Wonderland" at Shanghai Disneyland and panda showcases at the Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

The festivities also feature major performances by stars, alongside unique cultural experiences at the inaugural Pudong Chinese New Year Flavor Festival in Lujiazui.

By blending tradition with modern consumer experiences, Pudong aims to boost local tourism and economy, making it a must-visit destination this holiday.
