Ji Yue 01 – the first AI automotive robot in the world – was launched on Oct 27.

The production model debuted the next day at the 2023 Optics Valley Marathon, which was held in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC), and began its delivery on Oct 29.

Every Ji Yue 01 vehicle is equipped with Qualcomm 8295 and dual NVIDIA DRIVE Orin chips. Its leading intelligent voice interaction experience allows for exterior voice control, full offline voice control, and continuous conversations.

So far, Ji Yue has opened over 40 physical experience centers in more than 20 cities nationwide. The Ji Yue Wuhan Optics Valley Delivery Center covers an area of approximately 2,000 square meters.

Ji Yue's terminal service network is being rapidly deployed. It currently has over 30 directly operated aftersales stores and over 40 authorized aftersales stores operating nationwide, covering over 30 key cities across the country.

OVC is currently home to more than 100 vehicle and auto spare part manufacturers. It has a solid foundation in vehicle chips, automotive software, high-precision maps, vehicle sensors, and other fields, forming a relatively complete industrial chain. Last year, the valley's consumption of new energy vehicles accounted for 25 percent of the city's total.

In addition, OVC has opened up 163.82 kilometers of open roads for intelligent connected vehicle testing, and has over 100 testing scenarios available.
