Approved by the State Council in December 2013, the China National Arts Fund was established with the aim of flourishing artistic creation, fostering and promoting outstanding works, nurturing artistic talents, and advancing the healthy development of the nation's art industry.

Operating on principles of social responsibility, transparency and standardization, the fund covers two major areas: performing arts and visual arts. It supports artistic creation, communication and promotion, talent development, and more, utilizing funding methods such as project grants, excellence awards, and matching grants. The funded projects have such features as significance, representation, and demonstration, striving to reflect the national artistic standards.

Over the past decade, the China National Arts Fund has committed to serving the people and socialism through literature and art, fostering diversity, and encouraging innovation. With a focus on the prosperous development of socialist literature and art, the fund operates through a fund-based management system and project-oriented operations. It has invested 5.57 billion yuan ($774.2 million), supporting 7,116 projects and creating a range of outstanding works. The fund has organized numerous signature events, cultivated exceptional talents, stimulated their creativity, and achieved significant social benefits. Its influence and credibility continue to rise.

The exhibition, showcasing outstanding achievements supported by the China National Arts Fund, is composed of five sections: performing arts creation, communication and promotion, artistic talent training, youth artistic creation and fine arts creation. Through text, images, videos, and visual artworks, the exhibition comprehensively demonstrates the fund's role as a "guiding beacon," "incubator," and "engine" in the development of art in the new era.
