Yufu Park, a multifunctional ecological space in Liangjiang New Area, has opened to the public, offering a unique blend of conservation, leisure, and cultural experiences.
The park features the restoration of about 5 kilometers of the Yangtze River shoreline, with winding trails and expansive viewing platforms.
Its three-tiered riverside trail system adapts to the natural terrain: the waterside layer runs close to the river; the forest layer meanders through trees; and the panoramic layer features spacious platforms with views of the Yangtze River's main channel and Guoyuan Port.
The trails also connect visitors to the area's rich history. From the park, one can explore nearby historical sites such as Yuzui Old Street, Juandong Bridge, and the Zhou Family Courtyard ruins, where remnants of the century-old docks are still visible.
