Sevnce Robotics in Liangjiang New Area has been recognized as part of the first batch of major applications announced by the National Development and Reform Commission for its innovative solution to unmanned intelligent firefighting in tank farms.
Song Wen, co-founder of Sevnce Robotics, said that the system prioritizes intelligent inspection, early warning, disaster assessment, and unmanned collaborative firefighting, combining robots, drones, unmanned firefighting equipment, and digital-intelligent dispatch platforms to create a cohesive emergency response network.
The intelligent inspection and early warning system is able to recognize instrumentation, detect leaks, monitor heat sources, and identify gas, enabling the system to gather real-time data and detect anomalies in pressure, temperature, and liquid levels within tank farms.
Disaster assessment is supported by 3D digital twins, fire spread simulations, and resource scheduling, which aid in emergency decision-making. The unmanned firefighting process involves the coordinated operation of unmanned fire trucks, high-altitude firefighting robots, reconnaissance drones, and command platforms.
Sevnce Robotics, which specializes in high-risk industrial settings involving petrochemicals and oil and gas storage and transportation, has developed a range of products, such as explosion-proof wheeled, quadruped, and rail-mounted robots.
The company serves over 6,000 customers and has implemented more than 10,000 industry solutions in 40 countries and regions. Song emphasized that it will continue to accelerate the innovation and application of technologies in intelligent inspection, risk perception, and emergency rescue.
