Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Chongqing Research Institute in Liangjiang New Area recently unveiled a cutting-edge architectural interaction model that digitizes parks, buildings, and architectural spaces, with research in modeling, data governance, enterprise knowledge bases, and intelligent tools.
The model aims to streamline the entire "data query — knowledge retrieval — report generation — business execution" process, creating a new intelligent architectural interaction gateway that can "query data, understand knowledge, analyze, and execute".
It has already been applied in scenarios such as park operations, energy consumption, smart meetings, and property work orders, showcasing its practical application and system integration capabilities.
The model addresses traditional park management challenges, which often rely on professionals to write SQL (Structured Query Language) queries, require extensive searches for policy documents, and involve labor-intensive report writing.
For example, if an operations staff member wants to check energy consumption data, they no longer need to wait for the IT (information technology) department to search repeatedly through shared drives.
Monthly analysis reports can be generated with reduced cross-departmental coordination. Users can ask questions, and the system generates charts, details, and conclusions, supporting follow-up queries, drill-downs, and SQL review, making data queries as simple as everyday conversations.
The architectural interaction intelligent agent covers areas such as energy management, smart meetings, and smart office operations, supporting energy consumption warnings, equipment control, and meeting scheduling, allowing parks to "answer questions" and execute business operations.
The model is also compatible with PCs, mobile devices, digital humans, and service robots, supporting multimodal interactions such as voice, text, and graphics, and can be integrated with existing systems.
Its standout features include real-world business applicability, end-to-end integration, enterprise-level security and control, alignment with park scenarios, and implementation capabilities in industry-academia-research settings.
