Chongqing Haifu Medical Technology Co and Suining Central Hospital showcased China's original minimally invasive medical technology to African visitors at the second China-Africa Hospital Development Conference and the 32nd China International Medical Equipment Exhibition & Technical Exchange Conference (ChinaHospeq 2026) held from Aug 14 to 16 in Beijing.

The original Chinese Haifu Knife equipment attracted significant attention for its non-invasive ablation of internal lesions from outside the body and its key advantages — including no incisions, no bleeding, and rapid recovery.

Suining Central Hospital, Tanzania's Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College, and Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center discussed clinical research, teaching, and scientific studies related to high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment for prostate diseases in China and Africa.

Haifu Technology is exploring the integration of artificial intelligence with focused ultrasound technology. Through a digital remote guidance system, Chinese experts can monitor and guide surgeries thousands of kilometers away in Africa in real-time.

The event brought together African health ministers, ambassadors from African countries to China, and senior healthcare professionals to discuss AI digitalization, Chinese manufacturing, specialty construction, localization, and more.

This joint appearance highlights the work accomplished over the past year since the China-Africa Hospital Alliance working group was established in 2025. The group, led by Suining Central Hospital, includes Haifu Technology and several medical institutions from South Africa, Tanzania, and Nigeria.

The group has focused on high-intensity focused ultrasound clinical applications and China-Africa healthcare big data research, with Haifu Technology providing essential technical support to implement international research projects.
