CIDCA vice-chairman meets principal secretary of Kenya's National Treasury

On Sept 18, Liu Junfeng, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, met with Chris Kiptoo, principal secretary of Kenya's National Treasury, in Beijing.
