CIDCA chairman signs development cooperation documents with Ecuador's FM

On August 18, witnessed by the heads of state of China and Ecuador, Chen Xiaodong, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), and Roberto Kury, Ecuador's minister of foreign affairs and human mobility, signed an agreement on development cooperation between the governments of China and Ecuador, as well as a document on cooperation between the CIDCA and Ecuador's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, in Beijing.
