21st Chinese medical team to Senegal provides free medical consultations

The 21st Chinese medical assistance team to Senegal, at the invitation of local authorities, held a free medical clinic on July 18 in Ndagalma, a town in the Bambey department of Senegal's Diourbel Region.

The clinic offered specialized services in pediatrics, general surgery, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, traditional Chinese medicine and dermatology, carrying out about 530 consultations. The team also conducted blood pressure and blood glucose screenings, delivered training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and donated essential medicines to the local health center.
