CIDCA spokesperson: China to provide more emergency humanitarian quake relief assistance to Venezuela

Tang Ying, spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency, said on June 29 that the Chinese government has provided emergency humanitarian cash assistance to support Venezuela's disaster relief after two powerful earthquakes struck the country.

Tang announced that in light of the severe situation caused by the earthquakes, the Chinese government has decided to offer Venezuela additional emergency supplies assistance worth 100 million yuan ($14.71 million) to support its earthquake relief and post-disaster reconstruction.
