Xi's special envoy to attend presidential handover ceremony in Costa Rica

BEIJING, May 6 -- At the invitation of Costa Rica, Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Chen Xiaodong will attend the presidential handover ceremony in Costa Rica's capital San Jose from May 7 to 8, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson announced on Wednesday.
