The 2024 World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference (WICV) will be held from October 17 to 19 at the Beijing Etrong International Exhibition & Convention Center of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town).

Since 2018, the WICV has been held for six consecutive sessions.

Themed "Collaborating for Future Smart Mobility: Embracing New Opportunities in ICV Development", the conference will have 3 plenary sessions, 3 featured activities, 6 thematic summits, and multiple concurrent side events, guiding the direction for development of global intelligent connected vehicle industry.

This year, there will be four major highlights at the conference: the integration of resources to promote industry-wide collaboration; attendance of representatives from automotive authorities worldwide and authoritative international organizations; the integration of the advantages of Beijing's high-level autonomous driving demonstration area with significant synergies in industrial development; and the first release of the global top 10 breakthroughs and top 10 trends in ICV, indicating the future direction of the industry's development.

This conference will also feature a dedicated exhibition area, concurrently hosting the China International New Energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicles Exhibition, as well as supporting activities such as the 2024 National Intelligent Driving Test Competition, the Future City Carnival of Autonomous Driving, and the Smart Driving Car Consumer Week. These events will showcase the latest cutting-edge technologies and achievements in the fields of automobiles, transportation, the Internet, and communications on a global scale.

The total exhibition area is approximately 50,000 square meters, with more than 250 exhibitors. Lasting from October 17 to 20, the exhibition will focus on showcasing achievements in the integration of "vehicle-road-cloud" in ICV. Six chapters and 10 major display areas will be set up, presenting the latest technological achievements across the entire industrial chain of new energy vehicles and ICV.

Additionally, the Future City Carnival of Autonomous Driving will enable attendees to deeply engage and experience the event. It will unveil and showcase the world's first multi-functional commercial scenario based on high-level autonomous driving for a minibus, providing a more intuitive experience of autonomous driving and further insight into Beijing E-Town.
