The 10th Senior Officials' Meeting on the Implementation of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) was held in Chengdu by China and ASEAN member states on October 20, 2015, with the 15th Joint Working Group Meeting on the sidelines.
From November 16 to 21, 2015, the fifth East Asia Sea Congress was held in Da-Nang, Vietnam with participation of above 800 representatives from 15 countries and various international organizations.
The 11th China-ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting on the Implementation of the DOC was held in Singapore on April 27, 2016, attended by diplomas of the 11 signatories to the DOC.
