SXU’s materials science program placed on ESI list

The Materials Science Program of Shanxi University was included in the top 1 percent of the Essential Science Indicators, university officials announced.
It ranked 872th place out of the 898 universities and institutes on the ESI list.
That’s according to statistics published by data analysis and service provider Clarivate Analytics on Nov 15.
The ESI statistical data coverage period is from Jan 1, 2009 to Aug 31, 2019.
To date, the programs at SXU included on the ESI list numbers three: Chemistry, Engineering and Materials Science.
