SXU signs cooperation agreement with St. John's University

Zhou Xiaoji, vice president of Shanxi University, on behalf of SXU signed a cooperation agreement on Oct 17 with a delegation from St. John's University, located in New York in the United States, according to SXU university officials.

Led by Professor Matthew Pucciarelli, the delegation from St. John’s University had a cooperation meeting with SXU's representatives during their visit to SXU.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed and reached a preliminary consensus. They signed a framework cooperation and exchange agreement on projects to exchange sports teams, the "3 + 1" program for SXU’s bachelor’s degree, its doctoral program and on cooperative education and mutual visits of teachers.

After the meeting, Professor Matthew Pucciarelli and his delegation also visited the School History Museum, SXU’s School of Sports and its Academy of Music.
