SXU student counselors receive training

A training course targeting student counselors at Shanxi University was held from Aug 26 to 27.
More than 200 counselors participated in the two-day training.
Special guests, including Lu Liang, deputy Party secretary of the News and Broadcasting School, and Feng Meina, student counselor of the School of Mathematical Sciences of Peking University, were invited to deliver lectures on providing psychological counseling for students.
Ma Zhanshi, director of the Student Affairs Office of Shanxi University, also explained Shanxi University’s customs for welcoming freshmen.
