Shanxi University and Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co Ltd signed a strategic cooperation agreement Aug 7.

According to the agreement, the two sides will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism involving scientific cooperation, technology development and talent cultivation.

It will mainly focus on coal-fired power generation, the chemical industry, clean production, energy conservation and environmental protection, resource recycling, food science and engineering.

Fu Huiming, Party secretary of Shanxi University, Wang Maosheng, chairman of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co Ltd, and Huang Wei, chief manager of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co Ltd, attended the signing ceremony.
