Li Zheng wins three medals at national youth diving competition

Li Zheng, an undergraduate majoring in sports training at Shanxi University, won three medals in the men’s diving competition at the 2nd Youth Games of the People's Republic of China. The event was held at the Swimming Center of the Shanxi Sports Center in Taiyuan, North China’s Shanxi province, from July 28 to Aug 5.

Over a nine-day period, 23 teams from Shaanxi, Shanxi, Shanghai, and other provinces participated in the event’s 33 competitions.

Li won gold in the men's diving synchronized 10m platform and the men’s diving group-A champion, and won silver in the men’s diving group-A 10m platform.

Chan Anping, an international diving referee and professor at the sports college of Shanxi University, refereed the event’s diving competition.
