A delegation from Germany's University of Fine Arts Essen led by Michael Timpe visited Shanxi University (SXU) on Nov 13, with the aim of negotiating exchange programs.

The delegates discussed details of a dual bachelor's master's degree program, dual master's degree program, doctoral training program and non-degree exchange program with the university's foreign affairs division, teaching affairs division, graduate school and Academy of Fine Arts.

Following extensive discussions, the two sides reached agreement to cooperate on establishing exchange programs.
