Cheng Fangqin attends NNSFC annual meeting

Cheng Fangqin, vice-chancellor of Shanxi University (SXU), attended the annual conference of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) in Beijing on Dec 12.
More than 200 officials from science institutes and foundations attended the meeting to report on achievements and management in 2017, and the top leaders expressed their expectations and plans for a better outcome next year.
