SXU wins silver at national bridge tournament

A squad from Shanxi University (SXU) won silver during the final of the Bridge Game of 2017 Chinese University Mind Sports Association (CUMSA) held in Beijing from Dec 9 to 10.
There were 12 teams from six divisions across China taking part in 11 rounds of bridge, and Shandong University won the championship narrowly overwhelming SXU in the final round. Xi’an Jiaotong University took third place.
During the qualifying matches in Shaanxi division during November, SXU bridge team won first place to enter the national final.
