Over 100 teachers and students from nearly 30 universities and institutes took part in a forum on social education at Shanxi University (SXU) from Nov 25 to 26.

The forum was organized by the School of Education Science and Social Education Research Center of SXU, attracting colleges specializing in education including Beijing Normal University, Nanjing Normal University and Southwest University to discuss educational issues.

Experts exchanged ideas on the development history of China’s social education, theoretical research on the subject, and examined case studies of social education abroad.
