Shanxi University signed a memorandum of cooperation with National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) on May 19.

The two sides will further the partnership in areas like biology and medicine to advance mutual development.

Founded in 1953, National Taiwan Ocean University is recognized as one of Taiwan’s most important centers of higher education and scholarship, especially in marine sciences, maritime studies, and fisheries.
