Qiushi Journal Issue Preview: No.12, 2024

To promote high-quality development, it is our inevitable choice to achieve a higher level of self-reliance and strength in S&T, a key strategic objective to foster a new development dynamic as well as an inherent requirement and a pivot to develop new quality productive forces.
With a commitment to high-quality development as the paramount principle, we must fully and faithfully apply the new development philosophy, and accelerate the growth of new quality productive forces according to local conditions, thus laying a solid foundation for promoting high-quality development, says the article.
We must make plans for further deepening reform on all fronts with a view to injecting strong momentum into high-quality development and Chinese modernization.
