Hairawn muhly turns Wuxi pink
Hairawn muhly, or pink muhly grass, has recently turned some corners of Wuxi a bright hue with its purple-pink clouds of fall flowers.
The hedge-like plant, about 30–90 centimeters tall, has been planted in some scenic spots of the city. Its feathery, cloud-like flowers generally turn purple-pink from mid-September to mid-November in China.
