Jiangyin's horse-centered scenic area makes list of top 10 in China

The Feima Water Town, or Jiangyin Heilan Horse Culture Tourist Attraction, in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, recently ranked among the top 10 sports tourism projects in China, according to the General Administration of Sport of China.
Located in Xinqiao town, Jiangyin, Feima Water Town was built by Chinese garment giant Heilan Group.

Feima Water Town is home to European-style buildings, exotic sculptures and lights casting waves of color over vast stretches of water. With its Heilan Horse Culture Museum, Heilan Art Museum and other European-style buildings, the town makes visitors feel like they're in Europe.
A distinguishing feature of the water town is its dock for water taxis and romantic gondolas, allowing guests to explore the city by water.
Visitors can enjoy shopping, watch an equestrian show, learn about equestrianism, ride a horse, and take part in a town tour in a horse carriage or cruise ship.

As the world's only living horse museum, the Heilan Horse Culture Museum boasts 47 rare kinds of horses from over 30 countries and regions.
The Heilan International Equestrian Show Hall stages the world's largest dressage show in its 9,000-square-meter performance hall. As the largest indoor equestrian hall in China, it can accommodate 666 spectators at once. Horses and riders from all over the world provide visitors with a feast for the eyes and ears.
