Wuxi airport to resume three intl flights

The Sunan Shuofang International Airport will begin adhering to a new winter flight timetable on Oct 25.
The airport plans to offer flights to 36 destinations during this period and expects to serve an average of 195 aircraft per day.
The new timetable includes direct flights to the Beijing Daxing International Airport, Yichang, Zunyi, and Tangshan. More flights will be offered to domestic cities such as Shenyang, Harbin, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Changsha, Xi'an, Guiyang, Qingdao, and Nanning. Flights to Zhanjiang and Macao will be resumed.
The number of daily flights to Guangzhou and Shenzhen will now total between 10 and 12, six will be offered to Chengdu, Chongqing, and Kunming, and four or five will be offered to Harbin, Beijing, Shenyang, Dalian, Xi'an, Changsha, and Guiyang.
In addition, Shenzhen Airlines will resume direct flights to Tokyo every Friday starting Oct 23. Flight ZH8057 will depart from Wuxi at 9:20 am and arrive in Tokyo at 1:30 pm, while flight ZH8058 will depart from Tokyo at 3:40 am and arrive in Wuxi at 6 pm.
According to representatives of the Sunan Shuofang International Airport, 86 percent of domestic flights have now resumed, and three international flights are currently offered to Manila in Philippines, Seoul in South Korea and Tokyo in Japan.
