Young entrepreneurs show Russians vantage of Zhuhai
Zhuhai as a City of Youth & Vigor was promoted to Russian entrepreneurs during the Nov 23 China-Russian Youth Business Incubator Exchange Program "Cloud Forum" and Entrepreneurial Story-Sharing.
Hou Wentao, secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Zhuhai, used words, pictures, and videos in an online demonstration of Zhuhai's all-inclusive culture and talent-, youth-, and environmental-friendly environment. Hou invited young Russians to visit and invest in the city, which has defined 100-billion-yuan ($16-billion) industrial clusters for integrated circuits, biomedicine, new materials, new energy, and high-end printing equipment.

Lei Zhen, founder of Zhuhai Nanometals Technology and winner of the China Youth Entrepreneurship Award, delivered a speech calling for advanced new-information materials to inject impetus into the digital economy and shared his own entrepreneurship story. His company was founded in the Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone in 2015 and lists its centralized office address as 6 Baohua Road, Hengqin.
The event, themed "China-Russian Youth Business Incubator – Development & Innovation," was held online and offline at small venues in Beijing and Moscow. It allowed representatives from the two countries to explore mutually beneficial entrepreneurial cooperation and business development.
The China-Russian Youth Business Incubator Exchange Program is a key youth exchange project. It is hosting 12 "cloud" forums on digital and low-carbon economies and China-Russia economic and trade models.
On Nov 18, for instance, the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League joined in the 2021 Sino-Russian Youth Entrepreneurship Exchange Project "Cloud Forum" hosted by the All-China Youth Federation and the Russian Youth League (Guangzhou-Tomsk). The session was held online and offline at the Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao Youth Innovation & Entrepreneurship Service Center.
The Nov 23 event was organized by the China International Youth Exchange Center and Russian Union of Youth's International Project Center under auspices of the All-China Youth Federation and Russian Union of Youth. It was participated in by the Zhuhai Youth Federation and other organizations in China.
