Parklin Group will develop Parklin Hill Cove (Bai Kangning Qiaowan) International Healthcare Community in collaboration with the internationally advanced Taiwan Shuanglian Health Care Center, World Spinal Health Association, Vitalerter, and Vanke Service and Cushman & Wakefield Joint Venture under an agreement signed Sept 11. The building site is near Gangwan Avenue in the Shenzhen-Zhuhai Cooperation Pilot Area of Houhuan across from Qi'ao Island.
The community will have a modern green architectural style, and 150,000 sqm (37 acres) of floorage. It will be equipped with a large garden-styled canteen, constant-temperature swimming pool, supermarket, elderly university, and centers for spa, leisure fitness, rehabilitation, medical treatment and physical examination, performances, and cultural entertainment.
The project echoes the strategic positioning of Zhuhai as a model city for a high standard of living and supports the high-quality development of biomedicine and healthcare as one of Guangdong's 10 strategic pillar industries during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25).
