Gree Electric Appliances of Qianshan is ranked 102nd and Huafa Group in Wanzai is 330th in the 2019 list of the "Top 500 Enterprises of China".

The list was unveiled Sept 1 by the China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association in Jinan of Shandong Province during the 2019 China Top 500 Enterprises Summit .

Gree Electric Appliances is a global technology-based industrial group producing air conditioners, daily appliances, high-end equipment, and communication equipment. The company's products are sold in more than 160 countries and regions.

Gree Electric Appliances had an annual operating income of 200 billion yuan ($28 billion), 19 places higher than last year. Just over a month ago, it was included in the Fortune Global 500 List 2019 based on revenue and outstanding innovation. Ranking 414th, it became Zhuhai's first Fortune Global 500 company.

In the meantime, Huafa Group has been structuring industrial clusters in building, finance, and entities. It had a business income of 53.3 billion yuan ($7.42 billion) in 2018, ranking 330th, up 22 places compared with last year.

According to statistics, the total business revenue of the top 500 Chinese enterprises in 2019 stood at 79.10 trillion yuan ($11 trillion), an increase of 11.14 percent. The double-digit growth rate was basically the same as that of the previous year. The threshold for entry to the list was 32.3 billion yuan ($4.5 billion), climbing by 1.64 billion yuan ($230 million) year-on-year.
