To promote employment for its 2024 graduates, representatives of Yunnan University, or YNU – located in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan province – recently visited various business enterprises in the region as part of their "Visit Enterprises to Expand Employment for Graduates" initiative.
The Yunnan Investment Group was visited on May 29 by Zhou Xuebin, secretary of the CPC Yunnan University Committee, along with Wu Jiande, deputy secretary of the CPC Yunnan University Committee.
They held discussions with the group's Chairman, Lu Xiaolong, Vice President Tie Ruilin and other department heads.
Both parties vowed to strengthen their cooperation, jointly expand job opportunities and promote high-quality and sufficient employment for YNU graduates.
On May 31, China Mobile Yunnan Co received deputy Party secretaries Ma Wenhui and Wu Jiande of the CPC Yunnan University Committee, along with Duan Xingwu, vice president of Yunnan University. They engaged in discussions with the company's deputy general managers Huang Zhenwang, Du Jun, Sun Chao and other department heads.
The two sides agreed to establish a joint university-enterprise training mechanism and promote internships for Yunnan University students within the company.
