Updated: May 17, 2024

As the 2024 job hunting season approaches, Ma Yuchao, deputy secretary of the CPC Business Administration and Tourism Management School Committee at Yunnan University, is actively assisting female graduates in finding jobs.

Ma has organized over 60 projects to help female graduates find employment. This includes projects that provide practical solutions to employment challenges.

In recent years, Ma's employment promotion workshop has helped more than 300 female students develop personal growth plans. Beyond basic resume creation and interview coaching, she has also actively engaged in company visits and job expansion activities, leveraging alumni resources to create hundreds of job opportunities tailored to female students.

"Next, we will collaborate with top-tier companies to host seminars, training sessions, and job fairs aimed at enhancing the core competitiveness of female graduates, further assisting them in effectively securing employment," said Ma.

Additionally, Yunnan University has established a team of employment guidance counselors like Ma. The Committee of the Communist Youth League of Yunnan University has been consistently promoting and advancing its employment education and training work. It has conducted a total of 131 employment guidance activities, all of which have helped 16,944 graduates in recent years. These activities aim to enhance the employability of these students through shaping values, accumulating knowledge, and improving skills.
