From December 9 to 10, nearly 50 senior executives from the Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries participated in a cultivation program for technologically advanced enterprises, themed on corporate strategic management and green intelligent manufacturing. These senior executives also visited Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd and the ABB industrial center.
Famous teachers give lectures
On December 9, Pan Yifan, a Tsinghua professor, gave a lecture on enterprise strategic management in the new period from ten principles and four aspects.

Pan stressed the importance of a corporate vision and mission. The corporate vision must have emotional appeal and be positive, while the mission is to tell the world what the company is for. Only the mission of creating value for customers can impress people.

On-site study
On December 10, senior executive students visited Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd and the ABB industrial center to conduct on-site studies.
Li Yan, director of the general manger office of Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd and Chen Kaixuan, the CTO of the company, introduced the development history of the company and its core products and innovative technologies. Executives from other relevant departments also communicated with students.
Two senior executive students shared ideas on patent applications and protection, intellectual property operation and the construction of a law firm for enterprise thinking and working with the industry.
The Xiamen Torch Academy also invited Jiang Ying, the business head of Digital Business of the Electrical Division of ABB (China) Co., Ltd, to give a lecture on how enterprises can practice low-carbon under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, sharing ideas on the opportunities and challenges the goals present to intelligent manufacturing, and to the in-depth integration of green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.

She shared seven investment areas for China's zero-carbon transformation solutions, including the utilization of renewable resources, the improvement of energy efficiency and zero-carbon power generation.
Jiang also discussed with senior executive students about how enterprises can achieve low-carbon economic benefits and market value.
