An employment service station of the Jida subdistrict was unveiled at Jilian Community in Xiangzhou district, Zhuhai, on Jan 24, enhancing the local public employment service level, promoting employment for residents, and assisting enterprises in solving recruitment challenges.

The service station is a "menu-style" employment service window opening all day round that integrates job demand assessment, job collection, supply-demand matching, training guidance, and employment assistance. It is also the first employment service platform in the entire area to introduce the operation of a third-party human resources service agency.

Covering an area of approximately 200 square meters, the station is outfitted with distinct sections, including a front desk consultation area, self-service area, live job matching zone, and a skills training space. It serves as a comprehensive hub for employment services, offering assistance in policy consultation, job registration, job recommendations, recruitment announcements, and skills training for job seekers. The station also extends consultation services for employers regarding labor needs, recruitment registration, policy guidance, and talent-related activities.

The station has innovatively established the first comprehensive service station for the employment and entrepreneurship of retired military personnel in the entire area and the first internship service station. These three services are consolidated into one.

For two consecutive years, the Jida subdistrict has carried out employment assistance projects for unemployed individuals, serving 10,660 people, providing 8,420 full-time positions, 5,556 flexible employment positions, and achieving an overall employment rate of 43.5 percent.
