The No 1 Zhuhai Bay Restaurant is a branch of Guangzhou Xingyunlou Group which was founded in 1992 and has been specializing in Cantonese cuisine for 30 years. For four consecutive years, from 2018 to 2021, it was recommended by Guangzhou Michelin Guide, and was the first restaurant in Zhuhai built by a Michelin chef team. Its decoration adopts a Lingnan architectural style. It takes the freshest ingredients of the season and produces what foodies call the perfect dish, with flavors that retain Cantonese cuisine characteristics.
