The Urban Balcony is located at the bank of Xianglu Bay, on the middle of Lovers‘ Road. It is a new romantic landmark of Xiangzhou district. Covering an area of 350,000 square meters, it is close to the Haibin Park and the Statue of Fisher Girl Sculpture. The design concept of the building is as a “balcony”, which comes from a love story set on the beach along Lovers‘ Road, giving people a sense of natural intimacy. Taking advantage of its location near the sea and echoing the City Lounge, the Urban Balcony integrates seaside leisure, tourism entertainment, and local customs and culture. It is an ecological leisure landmark of the bay area. and has attracted a number of well-known brands.
