Zhonghai Fuhuali Area

Zhonghai Fuhuali Area is located at West No 2023 Jiuzhou Avenue, Xiangzhou district. It was developed by China Overseas Real Estate and was awarded as one of the first demonstration characteristic pedestrian streets in Guangdong province. The project covers an area of 68,000 square meters, and has a total floor area of 320,000 square meters. It consists of two A-grade office buildings (Zhonghai Building), one international brand hotel (Pullman Hotel), a 50,000 square meter block-style shopping center, and six apartments, with a two-story underground parking lot with about 2,000 parking spaces. 

The project, which took five years to develop, opened in May 2015. The Zhonghai Building covers an area of approximately 110,000 square meters and currently has more than 150 settled enterprises with an occupancy rate of 85%. The block-style shopping center has brought together a collection of nearly 200 brands in fashion, clothing, food, cinema, children’s entertainment and leisure with a 99% occupancy rate. The Pullman Hotel has 268 rooms, five meeting rooms, and two banquet halls that can meet various conference and accommodation needs.
