Charcoal Roast Suckling Pig is one of its special dishes. It selects high-quality suckling pigs and its production procedures include seasoning, sousing, drying and charcoal roasting. The roasted suckling pig is golden in color, crisp but not greasy, and has a lingering aftertaste. Stewed Chicken by Seed Sand is another special dish of the restaurant. It is heated with natural, pollution-free sea sand buried deep in 20°C sea water instead of traditional mud blocks. Heating by fire can raise the sea sand’s temperature to 400°C and cook the chicken completely. This special method preserves the complete chicken body, keeps the chicken tender, and enables the chicken juice to penetrate the whole chicken body, emitting an attractive aroma.
