The Urban Balcony is located at the bank of Xianglu Bay, on Qinglv Zhonglu. It is a new romantic landmark of Xiangzhou district. Covering an area of 350,000 square meters, it is close to the Haibin Park and the Statue of Fisher Girl. The design concept of the building is as a “balcony”, which comes from a love story set on the beach along Lovers' Road, giving people a sense of natural intimacy.
